13 High-Res Cherry Blossoms Photoshop Brushes

Cherry blossoms, or Sakura in Japan, are among the most favorite ornaments for Spring. In fact, in Japan, a festival called Hanami which dates back many centuries to celebrate the beauty of the cherry blossoms. For many, it is also a chance to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The custom of Hanami dates back many centuries in Japan. Most Japanese schools and public buildings have cherry blossom trees outside of them. Since the fiscal and school year both begin in April, in many parts of Honshū, the first day of work or school coincides with the cherry blossom season.

To celebrate this beautiful Spring flowers and to give all of us a taste of the Cherry Blossoms, we are giving away a set of 13 high-res brushes that you can use in your designs. These brushes were created using real pictures of cherry blossoms. They are high-resolution as well, with each brush measuring between 1500 to 2500 pixels. The .ABR file that you can download works only with Adobe Photoshop versions CS and newer. I hope you find this set useful as well.

These brushes would be useful in your Manga themed designs, anime and other Japanese-inspired art. But of course, you can use them also for other designs such as greeting cards for birthdays, for Mother’s day, Spring, among other things.
